The gas valve is shipped with a #55 orifice installed. This may or may not be the correct orifice size for your particular grill model. Make sure you use the correct orifice!
This ball valve fits on the end of a 3/4″ threaded drain pipe to help drain food drippings out of your Holland. You can also close it off to use the steaming feature of The Holland Grill. It also has a convenient hook to hang your drip bucket on and the Holland Logo stamped on it. (Note: This product does NOT fit the original drain pipe of The Maverick grill or older Hollands that use a 1/2″ drain pipe.)
