If you are unsatisfied with your shopping experience, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase for any unused products, minus applicable fees. Policies Effective July 17th, 2024
We accept returns only on items purchased directly through The Holland Grill Company via phone or our website: hollandgrill.com. You can return your product(s) up to 30 days from the original date of shipment. All merchandise must be unused, unassembled, and returned in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on seasonings. Please return items in their original packaging to prevent damage. To initiate a return, contact us at info@hollandgrill.com with your order number and product details.
A refund for the price of the merchandise, less any applicable return freight fees, will be automatically applied to your credit or debit card within 10 business days after receiving the returned product. If your original form of payment is no longer active, we will send a check within 30 days. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrives defective or incorrect. In this instance, a freight charge of $275 on all full-size grills will be deducted from the refunded value. If your grill arrives damaged, contact Holland Grill at info@hollandgrill.com within 5 days of delivery to arrange for return pickup. All grills must be returned in original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, a $100 fee will be required to ship proper packing materials. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. All items must be postmarked within 30 days from the original date of shipment.
No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after 30 days of the original date of shipment.

This return policy applies only to products purchased directly from The Holland Grill Company via phone or website. If you made your purchase through an authorized Holland Grill Dealer, please contact the dealer directly for information regarding their return policy.
Return Freight Fees will apply to any grill where the consumer refuses delivery of the product or wishes to return the product for any reason other than damage. If damage is apparent, you’ll need to document it with photos to provide to our customer service team. All full-size grills will incur a $275 Return Freight charge. If the original grill packaging is not useable, an additional $100 materials fee will be required so that new packaging can be provided for you to return the grill.
The applicable fees will be deducted from the original transaction amount.
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us at info@hollandgrill.com or 706-466-6818. Orders are typically shipped the next business day. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3 business days, unless a return is required, and will be issued to the original payment method. If your order has already been shipped, the purchase will fall under our return policy, subject to applicable fees.
